Quality is the life of our company. In order to meet our customers
need and satisfaction, Nova had established a set of whole quality
control system to efficiently operate it.
According to the criteria of ISO9000 quality management system, we
established special quality management department, clear out
quality goal and direction of the company. The company made
detailed specification on organization structure, the distribution
of department functionalities, and responsibilities of all
positions, so strictly the company is operated on the certain rules
Our quality control team assures good quality on our products. From
understanding the needs of customers on all aspects to product
production process to all sorts of quality inspection, we make
efficient strict control on these processes to assure good quality
to meet our customer’s needs.
All members of our quality control team have strong machinery
knowledge, and have at least two years working experience on
machinery. New employees all have certain job trainings to fully
understand different responsibilities and requests on certain jobs,
and related technical request, thus we are able to assure good
control from ordering raw materials, production, shipping, to
materials process. We have all kinds of test and inspection
equipment such as three quantity counter, projector, two timing
machine, strength calculator, and stretch tester. These hardware
equipment’s assure meeting different requests of products, if
necessary; we send products to related national technical
inspection department to do inspection, to make sure all products,
all testing plans in good control.
In order to know whether customers are satisfied with our product
quality and customers changing needs or not, we highly value market
investigation and communication with customers to raise our product
quality. After receiving response from customers about certain
problems, we will have meetings among related departments,
thoroughly analyze the cause of the problems, to find out the real
reasons of the problems, to do certain actions to make sure that
the same kind of or similar problems will not happen again.

customer’s satisfaction is our ultimate success.
